Alabama Men's basketball locker room

The Men's Locker Room Suite was completed in 2010 at a cost of $1.3 million. At 13,000 square feet, it contains three separate locker rooms for players, coaches, and staff. Additionally, it contains a large players’ lounge, a state-of-the-art training room, a video room, an equipment room, and a large common area for pregame meals and other team gatherings.

The Players' Locker Room lies at the heart of the suite. It is a perfect circle containing 18 large wooden lockers, a sound system, and a flat screen TV. A large Alabama logo lies at the center of the room. From here, players are just steps away from the practice floor, the main floor, the training room, the equipment room, and the showers.

The Players' Lounge contains a pool table, a kitchen area, three flat screen TV's, and comfortable leather chairs for players to relax in. This where teammates get together to watch the NBA Finals or play video games in their free time.

The Video Room features stadium-style seating with reclining leather seats. Film is watched on a 10 ft. projector screen.

The Equipment Room is where all Nike gear is kept. Jerseys, shorts, socks, shoes, wristbands, headbands, t-shirts, and compression gear are all stocked here. Each player has his own locker that is replenished daily with clean clothes, as laundry is done every night. This room has its own laundry facilities for use only by the Men's Basketball team.

The Training Room contains everything players need to stay in top physical condition and to rehab as quickly and effectively as possible from any injuries. Containing seven training tables, two hot/cold tubs, and the office for our Head Trainer, this area is also outfitted with the latest in sports medicine technology.
